The Prudencia photovoltaic EPC project is a successful case of hybridization of hydroelectric and photovoltaic technologies. On an existing hydroelectric asset (brownfield) of 60 MW, Negratín planned its hybridization with a new photovoltaic plant (greenfield) of 12 MW, and a specific EMS (Energy Management System) to manage the joint generation of both technologies
